What this site uses

This website was checked on the live site in September 2026. It uses two strictly necessary hosting cookies and the following browser storage. Visitors who accept analytics also receive the two Google Analytics cookies listed below:

• __cf_bm (cookie) — set by the site’s security and delivery network to tell genuine visitors apart from automated bots. Lasts 30 minutes.
• __dpl (cookie) — set by the website’s hosting service so each visit is served the current published version of the site. Lasts 24 hours.
• tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3 (session storage) — remembers your scroll position so the back button returns you to where you were on a page. It is deleted when you close the browser tab.
• rl-analytics-consent-v1 (local storage) — remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so you are not asked on every visit. It stays until you change your choice or clear your browser storage.

Analytics — only if you accept

This site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to count which pages are visited and how people move between them, so I can see what is useful. It loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Until then, and if you reject it, no Google Analytics code is loaded and nothing is sent to Google.

• _ga (cookie) — set by Google Analytics to distinguish one browser from another. Lasts 2 years.
• _ga_<ID> (cookie) — set by Google Analytics to keep track of the current visit. Lasts 2 years.

Only the page address (without any added query details) and page title are sent. Names, email addresses, form answers and booking details are never sent — the registration and prelaunch forms and the booking page all open on separate sites. Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off. Google Analytics is set to keep event-level data (individual page views and events) for 2 months, and data linked to a returning visitor's identifier for 14 months; that 14-month period restarts whenever the same visitor returns. These settings apply to detailed data only. Most standard summary reports in Google Analytics are aggregated and are not removed by these retention settings.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are removed.

Third-party services on these pages

These services appear within or alongside this site and may set their own cookies when you use them:

• The booking page — opens in a new tab on my existing booking site, samanthacoleman.online, where appointments are booked through Amelia and online payments are processed by Stripe. Any cookies used there are set by that site and its services, and are covered by its own cookie information. This site only links to it and sets no Amelia or Stripe cookies.
• Typeform — the new-client registration form and the Recognition Loops® prelaunch form open on Typeform’s own site, where Typeform’s cookie policy applies.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google’s font service. Your browser connects to Google to fetch them, which shares your IP address with Google. No cookies are set.

Videos on the Recognition Loops page are hosted on this site itself and set no cookies. Links to Substack open on Substack’s site, where their own policies apply.

If any other optional technology is added to this site, it will be listed here and will not load until you have chosen to allow it.
