I have practised as a therapist in Bristol since 2013, working in person and online with adults and couples. This agreement and the linked registration form are for adults aged 18 or over; enquiries about therapy for a 16- or 17-year-old follow a separate assessment, privacy explanation and agreement. I am a registered member of the BACP, and my work is shaped by a simple observation: what becomes recognisable to you begins to shape your reality.
Much of my practice centres on ADHD, autism and PDA, including late and undiagnosed neurodivergence, and on trauma, personality disorder, low self-worth, attachment and relationship difficulties. It is also well suited to long-standing mental-health difficulties that have not responded well to previous therapy or treatment. Across this work, we build emotional understanding and mastery: seeing the patterns that shape how life feels now, and finding greater choice within them.
Alongside the therapy practice, I developed Recognition Loops® and The Mirror Paradigm® — a framework for understanding why the same patterns return in emotions, relationships and choices, and what begins to shift once a pattern is seen. I write about this work on Substack and am building it into an app, launching in December 2026.
